LAW - 625 Corporate Bankruptcy (2 hrs.)
The legal requirements and procedures under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code; competing interests and strategies involved in a reorganization case; basic financial valuation concepts; assembly of a reorganization plan; and special problems related to securities, tax, and pension laws. Prerequisite: Business Associations (LAW-611). |
