Elective Courses The law school makes all reasonable efforts to offer the following electives on a periodic basis but cannot guarantee that each course or seminar will be available to all students who wish to take it during their law school careers. More precise information on the courses and seminars that will be offered in a given semester, including those not listed here, is available from the registrar during the preregistration and general registration periods.
	LAW - 625 Corporate Bankruptcy (2 hrs.) The legal requirements and procedures under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code; competing interests and strategies involved in a reorganization case; basic financial valuation concepts; assembly of a reorganization plan; and special problems related to securities, tax, and pension laws. Prerequisite: Business Associations (LAW-611).
