LAW - 580L American Legal Research and Writing

Introduces students to American Legal Writing, providing practical knowledge of legal memoranda writing and research styles. The class is designed to develop skills that are necessary to function in the US legal system. Students learn to conduct substantive legal research, write well-reasoned memoranda, brief cases, and argue points of law. Schenker Fall, Spring
