LAW - 550 Legal Ethics

An examination of the ethical obligations of a lawyer, including a detailed analysis of the Model Code of Professional Responsibility and the Model Rules of Professional Conduct. The course may be taken as a 1L elective or as a 2L to satisfy the Professional Responsibility requirement. All JD students must successfully complete the course no later than spring of the 2L year.
