LAW - 668 Employment Discrimination (3 hrs.)
A survey of the major federal statutes prohibiting discrimination in the workplace, with special emphasis on practical problems encountered in litigation. The primary focus is on Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and race discrimination. Discrimination on the basis of age, sex, national origin, or handicap will also be considered.
