Topics include bail; decision whether to prosecute; grand jury; preliminary hearing; speedy trial; joinder and severance; coerced, induced, and negotiated guilty pleas; discovery and jury trial; and double jeopardy. Prerequisite: Criminal Procedure I (LAW-508).
