LAW - 669 International Labor and Employment Law

Examines the development and practice of labor and employment law in the international arena. Specific attention is devoted to domestic law that has international relevance, human rights and trade law, international guidelines and private agreements regarding corporate social responsibility, United Nations’ provisions (including International Labor Organization’s Conventions and accompanying jurisprudence), the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, and other international and domestic institutions.
