LAW - 966 Advanced Topics in Appellate Litigation

Explores the work of the federal courts by focusing specifically on the output of a single court, the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. The class administers the ABA’s Media Alert Project for the DC Circuit, watching the docket closely and reading all reported decisions.
